6th Grade: 

  • Science book website: watch the review videos for Unit 4 Lesson 4 and                Lesson 5- take notes on both!
  • use the remainder of the time to work on any project research- you can find information for your timeline, you can print a picture for your project, you can type your script, you can create and print your citation page, you can work on ecybermission questions, etc.
    • use  NoodleBib  or  Citation Machine to generate your citations- you CANNOT simply copy and paste a website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    • this time should be used to work ON YOUR OWN- you will get some time on Friday to touch base with your group to finish up your project
  • if finished with all else, you may go to BrainPop and watch any of the videos or play any of the games associated with the solar system
  • HMWK: PROJECTS!!

    • You already found 5 facts about your element- now find five more!  Type  a Google doc that has your first five facts on it AND why those facts are important.  Then add five more facts with an explanation for each.  Finally, create a persuasive slogan for your element; for example, MERCURY- THE AMAZING LIQUID METAL!
    • type your name on your document and print it- bring it to Science
  • If you finish early, you may go to freerice or BrainPop
